Vanus - Limited Edition Fine Art Photography Print

Vanus is part of an ongoing collection of photographs called ‘Onwaecnan’ which encompasses works of neo-victoriana still life images. Onwaecnan was inspired by the artist’s preoccupation with our impermanence and the death rituals of cultures across time and the globe. Pulling from vanitas imagery of seventeenth century Dutch Masters, the work combines contemporary mediums with Renaissance styling to speak to modern viewers of mortality, connection and to encourage inner contemplation.
